Confirmation Disclaimer Event dates, rates, and services are not guaranteed until confirmed and paid in full. Holds, verbal agreements, or pending inquiries do not secure the space.

Venue‑Protection Disclaimer The venue reserves the right to adjust offerings, policies, or availability as needed. All décor, vendors, and activities must be approved in advance. The venue is not responsible for lost or damaged items, guest conduct, or changes requested after confirmation. The venue is not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by weather, emergencies, or circumstances outside venue control. Clients are responsible for guest behavior, the condition of the space, and any damages. Additional fees may apply for extended time, excessive cleanup, or unapproved changes.

Refund, Credit, and Emergency Policy All sales are final. No refunds are offered for cancellations or client‑initiated changes. If rescheduling is needed, event credit may be offered at the venue’s discretion and must be used within the venue’s stated timeframe. Credit cannot be transferred, extended, or redeemed for cash. New dates are subject to availability and current pricing. If the venue is unable to provide the reserved space due to a venue‑related issue, a refund may be issued minus any expenses already incurred. Emergencies do not guarantee refunds; the venue will discuss available options based on circumstances and availability.

Chargeback‑Protection Disclaimer All payments are final once processed. Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted for confirmed events. Any billing concerns must be addressed directly with the venue prior to the event date. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of the event agreement.
