About the Affiliate Program
The Comfort Care Registry Affiliate Program allows Registry members to earn recurring commissions by referring new Service Providers and B2B Members to the Registry. As a member-only program, all affiliates must hold a current Registry membership in good standing to participate and continue earning.
Commissions are lifetime recurring — meaning you earn on every monthly payment made by your referred members for as long as both you and your referred member maintain active memberships. There are no caps on the number of referrals you can make, and no downline or multi-level structures. This is a straightforward single-tier referral program.
Commission Rates by Membership Tier
Your commission rate is determined by your own membership tier at the time of each commission payment.

* Free member affiliate commissions are subject to the inactivity policy described below.
Commissions are earned on paid memberships only. Free Registry memberships do not generate commissions regardless of who referred them.

Commissions do not accrue on free memberships, failed payments, refunded payments, or suspended or terminated memberships. The Registry reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations.
How It Works
- Apply — Submit your application through the Affiliate Dashboard. You must hold a current Registry membership to apply. Applications are reviewed and approved manually.
- Get your link — Once approved, you receive a unique referral link in your Affiliate Dashboard. You can share this link with prospective Service Providers and B2B Members.
- Refer members — Share your referral link via your website, social media, email, or direct outreach. When someone clicks your link and registers within 60 days, they are attributed to you.
- Earn commissions — Once your referred member upgrades to or signs up for a paid membership, you begin earning your commission rate on their monthly fee. Commissions accrue each month their membership remains active.
- Get paid — Commissions are paid monthly once you reach the minimum payout threshold. Payments are processed manually and sent via your preferred payment method on file.
