Verification & Trust on the Platform
Our directory is built on transparency, autonomy, and community safety.
Providers on the platform are independent. Verification badges reflect documents a provider chooses to upload voluntarily. Verification is optional and does not imply endorsement, supervision, or employment.
This page explains:
- What each verification badge means
- What documents are accepted
- How the verification process works
What Verification Is — and Isn’t
Verification confirms identity or business legitimacy only. It does not evaluate quality or performance.
Verification does not mean:
- Skill, performance, or character has been evaluated
- Providers are supervised, trained, or certified
- Outcomes are guaranteed
- Work is overseen by the platform
Badges only show information a provider voluntarily submitted — nothing more.
Verification Levels
Verification is simple, optional, and designed to support platform safety without creating unnecessary complexity or liability.

How Verification Works :
Providers upload documents through the Verification Upload Form, which explains requirements for each badge.

- Authenticity
- Alignment with the provider’s profile
Verification is:
- Optional
- Not required for listing
- Not tied to job eligibility
- Not a certification or endorsement
Removal & Conduct Policy
To protect platform integrity, profiles may be removed or suspended if behavior violates community standards.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any profile, listing, or community access at any time if a provider’s behavior, communication, or conduct violates our community standards, creates safety concerns, or undermines the integrity of the platform. Removal may occur without prior notice. Providers are independent and solely responsible for their own services; removal is based on platform conduct, not service performance.
What Verification Does Not Mean
Verification badges do not indicate:
- Employment
- Endorsement
- Supervision
- Certification
- Training
- Guaranteed safety
- Guaranteed performance
Providers remain fully independent.
Document Retention & Privacy Practices
To protect provider privacy and minimize unnecessary data exposure, we follow a data-minimization approach to verification documents. Materials submitted for verification are used solely to review authenticity and confirm eligibility for the requested badge. Whenever feasible, documents are deleted after review is completed.
If temporary storage is required for operational, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or legal compliance purposes, access is strictly limited and retention is restricted to the minimum period defined by our internal retention policies. Documents are stored using appropriate administrative and technical safeguards. We do not use verification documents for marketing, profiling, or unrelated purposes, and they are not disclosed to third parties except those directly involved in the verification process or where disclosure is required by law.
Providers should only submit documents they are comfortable sharing for identity or business verification.
